Ingredients

  • 60g Fresh ginger
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Light

Method

  • Slice the lemon, then remove seeds and skin
  • Peel and thinly slice the ginger
  • Combine the lemon, ginger and 1 cup of water in a blender
  • After blending, use strainer to separate the pulp
  • Add ice to a glass and add 2 tablespoons of CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Light
  • Pour the blended mixture over the ice
  • Serve and enjoy!
