- 1.5 pounds pork belly, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup ketchup or banana sauce
- ¼ cup CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Dark
- 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos
- 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Slice the pork belly thinly, about ¼ inch strips
- In a bowl, mix the following ingredients:
1/3 cup ketchup or banana sauce, ¼ cup CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Syrup Dark, 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Aminos, 2 tablespoons CÓCOES Organic Coconut Flower Vinegar, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2
tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce - Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of the marinade for basting.
- Into a mixing bowl, combine pork with the rest of the marinade. For best results, cover and refrigerate overnight, or marinate at least 10 minutes before cooking.
- Grill the pork belly, flipping and basting with the reserved marinade
