Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Remove the wing tips and discard them. Separate each wing at the joint into 2 pieces, creating bite-sized delights.
In a shallow dish, combine the CÓCOES Aminos, ginger, cilantro, garlic, and lemon juice. Toss the wings in this flavorful bath, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours.
Dry the marinated wings again before seasoning them with salt and pepper to your liking. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter in the olive oil.
When the butter stops foaming, add the CÓCOES Syrup and the seasoned wings. Fry them, turning them frequently, until they are golden brown on all sides and as the glaze thickens and reduces.
Sprinkle the wings with sesame seeds for a final touch of texture and nutty aroma.
